Sean set up the estate agents back in 2017 after having a successful career with a corporate estate agent within Leicestershire. With 11 years of experience under his belt he has learnt what works and what doesn’t work in an estate agency business. He believes in his values that customer service is essential to building a good relationship with buyers and sellers. Also that catering the service to each individual, along with being honest, polite and helpful throughout the whole estate agency process is key to running a successful estate agents. With SP Sales & Lettings he wants to change people’s perception of estate agents, as being honest and trustworthy is very important! In his spare time Sean enjoys spending time with family and friends, mainly his partner Sarah. He also enjoys all sport, especially watching and playing football and playing golf locally.

Karen is Sean’s Mum and has worked at the estate agents from the day the business was launched. She specialises in being the main point of contact for vendors and helping them and buyers find their new home to start a new chapter of their lives. Karen enjoys being able to help people on a daily basis, answering any questions and queries and is always available for a chat. Previously to this Karen worked in an educational role, helping develop children with special needs, then progressing to working for an international charity as special needs development officer. Her patience and knowledge enables her to deliver excellent customer service to all customers. Out of work Karen spends time with her partner Chris, and loves the outdoors, taking their two border collie dogs on walks and adventures.

Lucie is Sean’s sister and has worked with the company since 2018. Previously she worked at a corporate estate agents where she has gained a total of 5 years experience. Lucie spends most of her time out of the office valuing properties, advising people on the price to market their property at and informing them of ways which we can help them when deciding to come to market. Within the branch Lucie concentrates on progressing sales, keeping the buyers and vendors up to date throughout every process. In her spare time you will find Lucie with her partner Josh and their beautiful two children, Toby & Violet. They enjoy spending quality time together and visiting new places

Rachael works with us as a Senior Sales Negotiator and Valuer. When coming to value your house she will make you feel at ease and will explain the full process when selling. Rachael is very smiley and upbeat and builds an excellent rapport with vendors and buyers, helping people with any queries and hoping to assist them find their dream home. Rachael will also progress your sale, obtaining updates from solicitors keeping us updated on your progress. Previously, Rachael has been working within the sales industry, having around 8 years’ experience demonstrating excellent customer service. Her main hobbie is spending time with her son Tommy and her partner Scott, she also enjoys socialising with friends and days out.

Nancy is the Lettings Manager and has been with us since 2018. She is there to assist tenants and landlords with the move in process and with any other queries during the tenancy period. Nancy previously worked as an insurance consultant so has always shown excellent customer service throughout her working career. As a child she grew up in Shepshed so is very knowledgeable of the local area, studying at Hind Leys Community College. Her hobbies are spending time with her family, and her two lovely daughters Esme & Edie.

Charlie has recently been promoted to a Sales Negotiator within the business after passing her Level 2 Customer Service qualification at Stephenson’s college alongside working at the branch full time. Charlie demonstrates excellent customer service with vendors and applicants alike and is the friendly voice on the other side of the phone. You will also receive vendor updates and sales updates from Charlie at the initials point of agreeing a sale. We pride ourselves on excellent training and enjoy supporting young people progress into a career. In her spare time, Charlie enjoys spending time with her friends and shopping.

Jemima has joined the team on a placement year from Loughborough University. Her fantastic phone manner and warm personality will make your home hunting feel easy and stress free at the first point of contact. In her spare time Jemima enjoys spending time with her partner Benny and socialising with her friends.

Alicja’s position within the business is as an Estate Agent Administrator. She is also training to be a negotiator in the branch and progressing through the company after showing excellent customer service skills. Alicja is also in charge of all lettings property inspections. Out of work Alicja enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Robert and sons Dylan & Alan. Her hobbies including reading and horse riding.
